Rating Snapshot
Review this Product
Customers say
Most customers praise the food's palatability, noting dogs eagerly finish bowls and the gravy attracts even picky eaters, with senior dogs showing improved appetite and weight maintenance. However, a substantial group expresses strong dissatisfaction with the new formula's appearance and texture, describing it as grey slime or gelatinous, with some dogs refusing to eat it entirely. Many report positive digestive outcomes including regular bowel movements and shinier coats, though a notable segment experiences vomiting and diarrhea linked to the formula change. Overall, reviewers remain divided, with most still considering it reliable despite the controversial redesign alienating loyal users.

Questions
What happens if there is a snail or starfish on the glass?
- Thank you for your question. The Robosnail will not sense a snail or starfish. Upon initial set up the Robosnail measures and stores the top and sides in its memory for future cleanings but does not have the ability to sense obstacles on the aquarium while running.

will i work on bowfront aquariums
- brucedebra, Thank you for your question. You should be able to use the AquaGenesis on bowfront aquariums as long as they are made out of glass and no acrylic.
