DIRECTIONS

The recommended feeding amounts are based on using a standard 8 oz/250 ml measuring cup which contains approximately 116 g of Dog Chow Complete Adult Beef Flavor. Amounts are recommended for an average adult dog with normal activity. Remember food intake requirements vary depending on age, activity and environment, and should be adjusted accordingly. SWITCHING TO DOG CHOW When switching to Dog Chow from another food, please allow 7 - 10 days for the transition. Gradually add more Dog Chow and less of the previous food to your pet's dish each day until the changeover is complete. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets.

I am extremely reluctant to ever buy this dog food again and I am advising you all to do the same! After buying a 44.4lb bag, I found several big chunks of molded dog food in the bag. This is NOT ok by no means!!!! Next time you buy this dog food, be aware!

Do not recommend for small/medium dogs as with my experience buying over the years it makes them puke gives them diarrhea and all around not a good brand

Purina changed the ingredients unexpectedly in their dog food and now my dog is experiencing diarrhea and now vomiting. Not only that but I have an entire bag of dog food that is now going to waste so we're both miserable now.

Neither of my dogs will eat this. I bought a huge bag of it and now it just sits to waste. I tried to entice them with wet food on top, but they will just pick around this brand of food everytime. Such a shame and waste of money.

My dog will not eat this dog food and has poor digestive issues after eating. My husky does not seem to like this dog food/chow, I'd even try to mix in wet food that she likes but she picks out the wet food and deliberately avoids the chow! And after I finally manage to get her to eat the dog chow, she ends up getting bad gas, diarrhea, and stomach aches. This chow is horrible.

This food has made both of my dogs very sick. One has bloody diarrhea, the other suffered a severe seizure. Since this food was the only variable introduced and the fact that both have reacted like they were poisoned, I can only come to the conclusion that this food is to blame.

I've always had my dog's one Purina dog food. One of my dogs is 14 the other one is 6 years old. Well I changed it to this flavor for something different in flavor, since they were getting tired of the chicken. I've noticed my 6 years old dog started to break out in a rash all over his skin, started to turn read and around his mouth. Both dogs started to scratch and itch I will go back to the other Purina healthy weight dog food

I ordered this as a repeat delivery of 4 at a time. Almost every bag has signs of bug infestations, like cocoons and webs. I’ve actually seen live bugs in 3 bags. I will not buy this food.
