My cat wants nothing to do with this. Now the light won't go off which scares me. Will it ketch on fire?? I'm afraid to throw it away What should I do with it??

The Twinkle Ball Cat Toy is soft enough that it doesn't hurt my cat's teeth/mouth. My cat loves the Turbo Scratcher ball, which he manages to take out of the runner. The Turbo Scratcher Ball is a hard ball and bangs against the sidewalls. The Twinkle Ball has helped reduce the frequency of removing the Turbo Scratcher Ball. The Twinkly Ball is worth the money and provides my cat plenty of entertainment. It is a soft bouncy ball that lights up.
