The most useless product I’ve ever bought
RUN FAR FAR AWAY this product not only doesn’t work- beware! It LEAKS ALL THE WATER ONTO THE FLOOR. did not come with filter nor cone. Save your money this is beyond horrid!

Outlast Pumpless fountain. I bought this a month or so ago. I like that Holly has plenty of water and I check it pretty regularly to make sure that it is properly filled with water for Holly. However after changing the filter the 1st time. I no longer have a blinking red light. No, I am stuck with the solid red light now. I have followed the instructions read and re read said instructions. Went to the Google machine and followed those directions as well. Which were the same in the booklet. I've seated and reseated the bowl several times. So now instead of the blue light. I have the Solid red light all the time. It's prob. no big deal but, I hope that when it is time to change the filter again that it starts blinking again. At this point I am over trying to figure it out. I guess at least it still runs. If you purchase this item I wish you good luck with it.

Worst garbage i ever bought, STAY AWAY!!!
If i could give this a negative rating, I would....this is the THIRD time this fountain has completly and totally failed. I followed all the instructions, exactly as the online guide directed, and within two weeks, blinking red light that wont turn off. Ive emptied and refilled this piece of absolute garbage dozens of times, ive pressed the reset button, ive unplugged ans "recalibrated" it...NOTHING but red blinking light....ITS GARBAGE, DONT BUY THIS FOUNTAIN

Perfect fountain with 1 wish!
I've had this for a month or so and love it! So easy to clean with no pump! I change the filter at week 2 and dump/refill every 5 days because my dog brings in a face full of dirt and grass while my cat likes to splash the water with her paws. Its so easy I dont mind but I do wish it was easier to pick up while full. I'm older with arthritic fingers and I got the largest foundation which is quite heavy while full. I used a drying stone underneath which is perfect for catching drip from my dog. If the can just make one that has cut-outs for handles I'd get that one too!

I had gotten another pet safe water fountain before this and that lasted me about a year before it stopped working. This time I wanted to upgrade to something that would better for my three cats. At first it worked! Great flow, my cats were drinking from it constantly, and it was nice and quiet, and easy to clean. However I only had it for two months before the fountain just stopped working. I tried restarting, unplugging it and plugging it back in, changing the filter, the water wouldnt flow. I tried looking online to see if anyone had the same issue and couldn't find anything. For the price, I expected better reliability and longevity then the cheaper one i had gotten from the same brand more then a year ago.

Highly Disappointed
I bought this approximately 6-7 months ago. Within a short amount of time the light would only blink blue. Now the fountain is not circulating water at all. I bought this because it is pimples so I was hoping to not have the same problems I’ve had with other fountains. I am extremely disappointed as now I will have to go purchase yet another fountain because my 22 year old cat is having a tantrum about only having access to still water.

Avoid at all cost!
Complete garbage. Stopped working after three days. When it was working for a couple days, it was LOUD and the BRIGHT light (no way to turn off) was practically seizure inducing… flickering with the water reflection. The whole room was flashing red and blue bc of this thing. Hard to even look at the blinding reflection. This thing wasn’t cheap, so keep looking elsewhere. Functioning for a whopping three days is absolutely unacceptable.
No, I do not recommend this product.

What does a blinking blue light mean? I just changed the filter
- Thanks for this question, Carol! This light is the reminder to change the filter. Since you have already changed your filter, this can be turned off by pressing and holding the status light button on your fountain until the light goes off; this takes around 10 seconds. These steps as well as steps to permanently turn off this reminder can be found on page 7 of your manual.
