[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the PetSafe Pawz Away 2.0 with my medium-sized Siberian Husky, and honestly, it didn't deter her very well. She would hesitate for a moment when the warning went off, but for the most part, she still did what she wanted. I was hoping it would be more effective at teaching her to stay away from certain areas, but that wasn't really my experience. I do like the idea behind this product. Being able to set up a boundary around a specific area or object without needing a gate sounds convenient, and the adjustable range is a nice feature. The warning tone is also a good idea in theory because it gives the dog a heads-up before the correction. Unfortunately, with my dog, that brief hesitation wasn't enough to make much of a difference. She didn't consistently respect the boundary, so I wouldn't feel comfortable relying on this to keep her away from something I really needed her to avoid. The coverage is also fairly limited, with a diameter of 2-12 feet, so it's better suited to a specific spot than a larger area. Overall, I like the concept more than the results I got. It might work better for a different dog, but it wasn't a particularly effective deterrent for my Husky. If your dog is determined to do what they want, I wouldn't count on this being a quick or foolproof fix. For the price, I was hoping for better results.

I use it on my garage door as my buddy ( dog) has habit once I open and he runs out straight . My home is in Main Street he has been nearly hot by cars when he runs outside . This barrier is very good product and it’s keeping him inside and safe . He Don’t run outside any more in garage . In the beginning it seem like a learning princess . Now even he don’t have colour on he don’t go past garage door . Felt like we trained him finally not to run outside . It’s good also that we can set the range of this barrier . The product itself is made of plastic lite and the collar is normal nylon and light plastic . Normal for him . Its small size is not much noticeable .i highly recommend this dog barrier if u are scared you dog will run out home and don’t listen to you commands .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a shelf of all my RC cars and collectibles in one of the rooms in my house and my dog is constantly taking stuff off the shelf when we aren’t home. This device has been great for when we are not there and we want to keep him away from the shelf. On camera he seems to avoid that half of the downstairs now. Easy to setup and use, small enough to move it to a new area if needed. Just make sure you’re retraining your animal so they know what’s happening. The collar is a decent size and it’s not too heavy it doesn’t seem to bother him.

I love that we can use the warning tone and it works perfectly. The collar fits nicely on my large husky. It comes with a rechargeable cable which is nice.

I placed the receiver on the corner of the counter and it worked like a charm. She doesnt go near the counter stools anymore! Highly recommend to break bad habits!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I understand the idea behind this training collar, but even after following all the instructions to slowly acclimate my dog, he was so anxious while using this. The scare of the different correction modes seemed to hinder his training instead of helping it. I’d opt for more gentle and positive training methods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Setup was really easy, and we started using it around our couch to keep our dog off the furniture. It has worked well for what we needed so far. It would be good to use in our guest room for when we have friends or family over. It’s nice having an easy way to keep our dog out of some places in the house without having to monitor him. He needs some training to it but it has started well.
