Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly love this cat tree, with cats immediately taking to the platforms, columns, and scratching posts for lounging, napping, and playing. Reviewers consistently praise the sturdy construction, thick soft fabric, and wicker accents as premium quality that withstands daily use. Assembly takes just 10-20 minutes with clear instructions, and the elegant, neutral design blends seamlessly into modern home decor. A few note it may suit smaller cats better, and one mentioned the fabric requires frequent cleaning, but these isolated concerns barely diminish the near-universal enthusiasm for this highly engaging, durable cat tree.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I initially loved this cat tree, with the way it looked. But it got super dirty fast and is not very easy to clean, I am looking for other options of an easier to clean cat tree with removable/washable covers. It was pretty simple to put together, a few confusing moments but eventually got it. I do love the bottom area that they can go lay in. Nothing really stands out in comparison to other cat trees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cat tree has been a hit for Sebastian! As soon as it was out of the box, I’ve was exploring and sniffing it. He took to the top (his new favorite spot) pretty quickly so he ca chill up there and observe around him. The cat tree itself was pretty quick and easy to put together. Sebastian weighs about 13lbs and is able to jump around on it without any issue. It’s nice that it has the top little bed and the enclosure at the bottom. Sebastian hangs out in one or the other depending on his mood. Sometimes he likes to hide in the bottom one when he doesn’t want to be bothered. Overall a nice cat tree, not too big and easy to install. Cat seems to love it so that’s what matters the most!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Instantly my oldest cat (a grey tabby named Mulan) started trying out the cat tree while my husband was building it. She was going in and out of the little hutch at the bottom. She also used the cat scratchers. I like that it comes with a scraper to get cat hair off (that’s a huge issue with my Himalayan cat named Snickerdoodle. He sheds so much!). I also like that it has two different balls on strings (like different materials) with bells for the cats to play with. This product has a lot of scratching posts which is great for the cats. I enjoy the fact that the top lounger has a little basket around it, though you can feel the bolts from below in there. The bottom hutch was my cat Mulan’s favorite. The cat tree feels sturdy which is good because I have a 17 lbs cat (it’s muscle- vet said). Sadly Snickerdoodle is too afraid to try anything new, so he did bot try the product. The cat tree is a nice color to go with any home. I feel if there was a little extra padding put in the top, I would absolutely recommend this to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Pet Pals Winnipeg Cat Tree stands out for its reliability, offering a sturdy structure that holds up well to daily climbing, scratching, and lounging. The materials don’t feel durable for the price. The tree includes several useful features, such as multiple perched and scratching areas that keep my cats engaged. Overall, it’s a thoughtful design with some functionality that make it a practical and enjoyable addition to any home with cats.

I had a different cat tree that visually look nice but it couldn't even stand alone and had to be next to a wall, this one is sturdy enough to stand alone without needing to be put near or up against a wall. If you have larger cats or really aggressively playful cats I don't know how this would work. I do have a big boy who is around 20 lb and he's not super aggressive when jumping up on it but it's kind of small so he can't really spread out on it. If I could buy one that was for bigger, heavier, bulkier cats this would be a dream because sometimes they just want something that's up high to lay on and when they're big and bulky it's not always easy to find. If you have cats that like to climb and lay up higher than this will be good. It isn't super huge and doesn't take up a lot of space. I love that it's really soft and it even comes with a little grooming brush to keep the material fur and lint free as well as helping it not become so matted looking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the look of the PetPals Winnipeg cat tree. The design is modern and attractive, so it blends in nicely with home decor instead of looking like a typical bulky cat tower. My cats also seem to enjoy it, since they use the platforms regularly and like lounging on it. However, I wouldn't recommend it for larger cats or households with multiple cats. The structure feels a bit top-heavy and unfortunately it has tipped over twice when my cats jumped on it. Because of that, it does feel as stable as it should be. Overall, it's a nice looking cat tree that cats seem to enjoy, but it's better suited for smaller cats or single cat homes where stability is less of an issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy with this cat tree! It is pretty large, which is great, because our cat is also on the large side. It is her first tree with a little cave to go inside, and it quickly became her favorite place. Assembly was easy, and the setup went really well. Very sturdy! The tree is well made and high quality, and even comes with a cleaning brush to keep it looking nice. I was super impressed with the overall value of the tree. It would look perfectly in place in even the most stylish and high end homes.
