Where can I buy replacement filters? I've looked everywhere and nowhere sells them
- Replacement filters are still available, but they may be listed under different names depending on the retailer. Try searching for Petmate Grey Replendish Waterer Refill Filter at Petco or Petmate Replendish Cat Fountain Filter Refills at Chewy. I hope this helps.

How do I replace the filter?
- To replace the filter, first remove the existing filter by gently pushing it to the left or right side of the holder until it pops loose. Once removed, place the new filter into the holder and ensure it is properly seated before reassembling the waterer. We hope this helps!

The filter is wrapped in plastic. Am I supposed to remove the plastic?

can I just but the screw on lid for the petmate water dish?
- Thank you for your inquiry. This gravity waterer has a certain cap which houses a filter. The cap threads onto the plastic bottle, and the bottle is inserted into the bowl upside down and you can then lock into place on the base of the warerer. Sincerely, Petmate Consumer Services

Do you have to flip the whole jug over in order to fill it or is there top entry? The current one I have, I have to flip it and it's pretty heavy and spills all over. Pretty inconvenient, I'd say.
- There Is no top opening. The part that fits into the bowl itself is what you use to fill it. The 3 gallon works fine for me. No mess. You just have to flip it over however is easiest for you.

We keep our Replendish Gravity Waterer on our porch. Is there anything we can put in the water bottle to keep it from freezing solid?
- No, there isn't. Just bring it inside to prevent freezing.

Are replacement gallon jugs available for purchase? I have 2 sets and I put the jugs and bases in the dishwasher. The bases are fine. The jugs melted.
