Review this Product
Customers say
Customers overwhelmingly praise the top-loading design for reducing pet stress during transport, particularly for cats and rabbits. The sturdy hard-shell construction and dual-door functionality earn consistent recognition, with many reporting decade-long durability and repeated purchases. However, several reviewers encounter frustrating assembly issues with plastic hardware, noting missing or broken components. Some mention limited sizing options, difficulty with the top door staying open, and airline incompatibility. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider the carrier reliable and worthwhile for vet visits and travel.
