Very Convenient
This cat feeder is the best! It constantly refills my cats food when Im away, is it very secured and is portable so you can take it anywhere without having to plug it in.

Fill and forget
Just like with their gravity water bowl these are awesome too, fill with food, set and forget, just check on it periodically. Your pet can eat as much or as little as they want and once they eat what's in the bowl more will continue to flow into it from the top.

My favorite brand of feeder. I have 5 of them.
I have 4 of the 6 lb gravity feeders. I love the top loading feature. I did have to cut about a one inch deep "V" shape groove in eack for free flow of food. I have been using 2 for about 2-3 years, two more for another 18 months. I recently purchased a 12 lb feeder. That does flow freely. I have tried two other brands. I like this brand best.

Food doesn't flow as it should and i have to constantly tilt it to get the food to go forward

Did not receive product and when I reached out to customer service regarding this the refund was denied and no offer of reorder was provided.

Nice feeder
This is the perfect feeder for our occasional overnight trips, when our kitty is fine on his own without a pet sitter. It holds the right amount of dry food to keep him satisfied, along with his water fountain, to keep him well hydrated.

Pet Sitting business purchase.
I have bought about 7 of these containers. The top container aka food holder pop off to clean but stay secure during a pets use - unless they are chewers. I like that people can add food from to top without taking the bottom bowl part off. I have experience buying other free feed containers so with experience I can say this Petmate Pet Cafe Feeder product is good.

Hard to clean the bottle
This is a very hard bottle to clean out. It'll get green algae inside and the hole isn't big enough to push in a brush to clean so I have to put bleach in, plug the hole and turn up side down, let it soak for awhile, to kill the algae. What a pain.

Why doesn’t my feeder have a opening at the bottom?
- Thank you for your question! The Blue Cafe Feeder uses a gravity-fed design, so food is dispensed through the opening at the base of the bottle rather than through a separate opening at the bottom of the feeder tray. As your pet eats and the food level drops, additional food is released automatically from the reservoir into the bowl area.
