Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this electronic teaser toy for captivating cats of all ages, with most reporting extended daily play sessions and cats actively seeking it out. Many highlight the dynamic motion patterns, multiple speed settings, and auto shut-off feature as key to engagement. However, durability concerns are notable, with several customers reporting internal component failures after weeks or months of use. Battery consumption is frequently cited as costly, requiring frequent replacements. Despite these drawbacks, most customers consider it highly worthwhile for the entertainment value and mental stimulation it provides.

Cat seems to enjoy sporadically. Me not so much. I WISH IT CAME WITH A REMOTE CONTROL I'm up & down to activate it after the 10 minute auto shut off quite often.

Our cat absolutely LOVES this toy. I wish it had some grip on the bottom so she wouldn’t push it around as much but this toy keeps her so entertained and the randomize option is great for switching things up.

Cute idea but poor design My cat grabbed the plush piece and took the whole unit with her and it scared the heck out of her when the plastic slammed on the floor as she ran.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Hi there. We never want our customers to be disappointed with a purchase. Please get in touch with us at petco.com/contact-us so we can help resolve this.

I’m kitten sitting my daughter’s 2-3 month old kitten and he needed some interactive entertainment. He was bored and at my feet constantly sometimes pawing and scratching. I bought this electronic concealed teaser wand toy along with a few other toys and this hands down has been his favorite!! This keeps him engaged and entertained. It doesn’t automatically turn back on with motion, but pressing the button is easy enough. I highly recommend this if you’re looking for something to entertain a kitten!!

Yes, I recommend this product.

That’s such a great story! It’s wonderful to hear the kitten took to the toy right away and that it’s keeping him happily entertained. We appreciate you sharing this and your recommendation!

My kittens and adult cats love this toy, and I appreciate the idea behind it. However, after 1-2 weeks of in-home use, I have real concerns about durability and value at the $40 price point. The main issue is motor strength. My 9-week-old kittens can grab and hold the moving teaser in one position, and the motor tries to spin against their grip. My adult cats do the same thing. This puts significant strain on the motor and I don't expect it to last long under normal use. The toy also isn't fast enough to consistently evade active cats, which defeats the purpose of the electronic motion. I feel the motor is weakened, and I've changed the batteries once already, so I don't think that's the issue. The toy is also lightweight and unstable. Even young kittens can pick it up and drag it around. It would benefit from a weighted base or floor-mounting option to stay in place during play. A few other notes: The feathers are removable, which is great in theory, but I haven't found replacement accessories available. The feathers occasionally unscrew during play, so some cats may need supervision. Kittens can also turn it on themselves while playing on it, so I wouldn't keep this in a room you sleep in. The motor is a bit noisy, but that's not unusual for toys like this. On the positive side, it's easy to clean, simple to change batteries, and the screw-sealed battery compartment is secure no matter what the kittens do. The concept works and cats do enjoy it, but I'd recommend waiting for a stronger motor design or buying on sale.

No, I do not recommend this product.

My cat LOVES this toy. I bought it when it wasn't on sale and spent $40. I didn't realize it was $40 until I got up to the register, but I just went with it. He's obsessed with it. We've had it for a few weeks and it still hasn't lost its pazaz for him. He's around 7 years old, but still very playful. My ONLY complaint: I appreciate that it shuts off after a time, so it doesn't drain the batteries, but I wish it would stay on a bit longer.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Put in new batteries and they were dead within 2 weeks because of how much my cats love this! One of my cats even learned to turn it on by himself (never done that before with a toy) and will turn it on to play! Another one of my cats welcomes me home with attention then waits by this toy. 10/10
