Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this cordless water fountain for its app integration, battery performance, and ability to encourage pets to drink more water. The app tracks water intake, sends low-water alerts, and eliminates daily refilling guesswork. The cordless design offers placement freedom, with battery lasting one to two months on lower settings. Pets consistently embrace the fountain, including hesitant drinkers, appreciating its quiet operation and fresh water. While some note the dark stainless steel tray may deter use and cleaning requires more disassembly than previous models, most find these minor trade-offs worthwhile. Overall, customers enthusiastically recommend this upgrade.

Our cat seems to really like his new fountain. It is very compact and stay cleaner than out previous fountain. Also interesting that it tracks how frequently he uses it. Also like how it filters the water.

Great that it is cordless but I thought it ran continuously which it does not , only intermittent flow

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's good to know their intake of water and I like the fact if the power goes out the water still continues to flow due to the battery backup.

I used to change the gallon sized water bowl at least 3 times daily. Now I change the water when the app sends a notification that the water level is low every 2-3 days. My 8 foster cats love it!

This is an awesome machine that has saved me time and improved the health of my eight foster cats. I have two machines and they work beautifully. I love the fact that I get a notification when the water level is low and reminders about when to change the filters. The battery has lasted five days without a charge so far.
