This whistle is lightweight and compact. It fits easily into a pocket. I use this whistle outside to call my Yorkie back. This whistle works great for small breeds, not sure for large breeds. Great for training purposes and reinforcement.

If you are looking for a good training whistle, look no further! This whistle is durable, lightweight and easy to use. The whistle sound is loud and the sound will travel. Be mindful: the color is muted which may make it difficult to see if dropped in the ground.

The whistle comes as pictured and is VERY lightweight, i liked that it has the lanyard attached too, but it feels cheap and does make an audible whistle sound (i was looking for a silent one). Still seems to get their attention though. :)

I admit I was disappointed that I could literally hear the whistle. I was hoping it was the silent kind, Lexi likes to pull on the leash even after a good run. So I thought to try and give a short whistle to get her attention to look at me so I can give the signal/command . She did pause when she heard it so I guess that is good. Got to get her to look at me still. This whistle will have to be used for something else. I want the kind silent to human ears.

This is a nice lightweight training whistle. Both of my dogs responded to it so it may become a good addition to our training. It's also not super high pitched to hurt a humans ears but still definitely does the job of attracting the dog's attention.

The product is pretty sturdy and was packaged well without a bunch of waste. As far as performance, my dogs definitely responded to it eagerly and helped with focus if they were a little too rowdy. Could be a good tool with treats to assist in training well behaved pups.

This handy little whistle is a great training tool and exactly what I was looking for! Now that it's summer and I have the windows open, my dog likes to bark at everyone and everything for no reason. Sometimes, verbal commands alone do not get through to him so having this as a reinforcer along with the command is crucial - we've already been making progress in correcting the behavior. I also appreciate the lanyard aspect for easy access!

I love that this whistle is super lightweight and sounds great. I didn't know if it would be too loud or high pitched but to my ears it doesn't hurt like other ones I've tried. It is high enough to get my dogs attention but not silent like some dog whistles. My dog instantly responded to it and I was able to break his focus from other things. He responded very quickly and I actually used it to break his habit of chasing rabbits through the yard. He would tune out my voice but the whistle stops him dead in his tracks and it has been very helpful.
