Good sized toy for playing and light chewing
This is a fun toy for my schnauzers. The horns are like the harder material they could chew on if they want, but they prefer to just pick it up and haul it around. The toy's fur is shaggy and i think they like that part too. It's pretty much as big as their head but they like to whip it and carry it around.
Yes, I recommend this product.

Super adorable
I knew it wasn’t going to last, but it was so adorable. My Shepherd mix carried this little cow head around all afternoon very happily until her brother dog a very chewy golden got a hold of it. The joy was short-lived, but it was worth it.

We're thrilled to know that the Petco Highland Cow Head Plush with Nylon Horns Dog Toy created joyful moments for your pet. Our aim is to design engaging toys that cater to a dog's play instincts, but we regret that the plush didn't withstand your Golden Retriever's strong chewing. We'll share your feedback with our design team to enhance the durability of our plush materials for mixed-strength chewers. We'll be glad to serve you again.
Cow head dog toy
This cow head dog toy is great for my aggressive chewing dogs. My dogs couldn’t get the squeaker out of this toy. My dogs always gets those squeakers out of toys, but this toy they couldn’t get it out. I highly recommend this dog toy especially if you have dogs that love to take the squeaker out.

Super chewer concern
At first I thought the "hair" would turn off my 2 girls but it didn't bother them at all. In fact they played a little tug of war with it before the younger one ended up with it. Both are super chewers but it held up as far as the sewing. Once my Winnie started chewing the horns though I spotted pieces of them falling off, thus 1 star deleted.

Petco Highland cow head plush with nylon horns med
My 70 lb golden retriever loved the highland cow head plush wirh nylon horns dog toy medium. He was able to chew off a piece of the nylon horn pretty quick-medium may have been too small for his chewing.

It’s great to hear he loved it, though we understand the medium size may not have been the best fit for his strong chewing. Your feedback is really helpful as we continue to improve sizing and durability so dogs of all strengths can enjoy safe playtime. If there’s anything else we can help with, please reach out anytime at petco.com/contact-us.
Good product
This product was good. My only suggestion would be maybe be to have less hair on the cow as my dog started ripping it off right away and that just created a huge mess. Other than that the product was very sturdy

Good toy for a good boy!
This toy is perfect for my six year old hound mix. The fur is very thin and mimicks an animal which is good for prey instinct. The only noticable thing to worry about is the hard plastic horns. If you have a chewer, you would want to monitor playtime
Yes, I recommend this product.

There is nothing better than seeing a hound tap into its natural instincts with a new plush! It’s wonderful to hear that the design is such a huge hit, and your reminder to supervise heavier chewers with those durable components is incredibly helpful for other pet parents.
Great fun for dogs
My dogs loved this toy so much. It has survived tug of war and constant chewing without any tears. It’s durable enough for my large dogs and also small enough for my medium sized dog to enjoy. The horns are a nice touch because my dogs like chewing
