These gripping socks have been helpful for my older dog that is having a hard time walking and getting up from laying down on tiled and wood flooring. There is gripping on two sides of the socks and a velcro strip to secure the socks to the dog's feet. However being socks, even with the velcro strips, they slip down and twist. While funny to watch him walk with floppy socks, he will try to pull them off when they slip down.

Hi Michelle, we're delighted the Petco Functional Gripping Dog Socks have helped your older dog navigate smooth surfaces more comfortably. It's wonderful to know the traction features provided added support, and we appreciate your feedback regarding the fit during wear. If you'd like additional help with this product, our team is available at petco.com/us.

These are a nice product for the cost and material. They are a nonslip sock. They would not be good for outside. This would be helpful for dogs who slip on hard floors and need extra traction. The velcro helps the socks stay on but is removable. The grips are at the bottom of the sock so I recommend testing sizes in the store. These will not work if your dog has long nails. This product is good for when it is used appropriately.

Hi Kelsey, we're glad the Petco Functional Gripping Dog Socks provided the traction and secure fit you were looking for. We appreciate your helpful insights on sizing and use, and we're pleased they've worked well in the right situations. Thank you for sharing!

While my pup currently refuses to wear the socks they seem well made. I like the texture and expect once he finally accepts wearing them it will make winter and summer walks easier. Also with the bright colors it will make it easier to spot when he pulls them off

These are the cutest little socks. I really like that there are grips on both sides of the sock so you can never put them.on backwards. They also have a velcro band to wrap around the sock once they are on to help them stay on. My doggie doesnt seem to mind them on.

The booties are super cute and well made. They look exactly how did they did in the picture and description. I love the skids on them as they cover a good area of the paw. These also have the adjustable wrap closure so they stay on.

I received this product as part of Spotted by Petco program in exchange for my honest review. These are cute grippy socks and fit Piper perfectly. She seemed to appreciate that she wasn't sliding all over the floor like usual. The extra straps to secure the tops are a good design idea. Like all the socks and booties we've tried though they still didn't stay on very long. I guess her fur is just too slippery! We'll keep trying though as she likes to play indoor fetch and I liked that she wasn't doing the splits while chasing her toys.

Yes, I recommend this product.

These socks are so cute and bright in color. They fit my pups paws easily because of the stretchy material. The added Velcro strap is a plus to keep the sock secure. The no slip grippies are nice and will hopefully be helpful during the winter walks.

Yes, I recommend this product.
