INGREDIENTS

Active Ingredients per 1/2 teaspoon (2.2g): Vegetable oil, psyllium seed husk, glycerin, lecithin. Inactive Ingredients: Sucrose, malt syrup, natural and artificial flavors, silicon dioxide, guar gum and glucose.

DIRECTIONS

For cat hairballs, give 1/2 teaspoon (2.2g) daily for 2-3 days. To prevent hairballs, give 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon (1.1g - 2.2g) twice per week. Administer orally.

I bought this because it contains no petroleum jelly or mineral oil which can cause deadly aspiration pneumonia in cats. for my senior long haired kitty who sometimes gets constipated. when I give him the recommended amount he goes very well to the bathroom within 12 hours. the only bad thing about this product is the taste he doesn't like the taste so I use my finger to scoop it off measuring spoon and gently put into the corner of his mouth.

Yes, I recommend this product.
