Customers overwhelmingly praise this product as a beloved treat and chew toy, with most reporting their small pets eagerly accept and enjoy it. Reviewers consistently highlight how it promotes natural chewing behavior, supports dental health by naturally wearing down teeth without dust or mess, and provides engaging, mess-free enrichment. Many describe pets enthusiastically tugging, dismantling, and playing with the twists, which remain durable through extended play sessions.
