Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this dog food for exceptional appeal, with dogs reacting with tail-wagging, jumping, and eager anticipation. Reviewers consistently report picky eaters and senior dogs devouring meals and licking bowls clean. Many highlight human-grade, minimally processed ingredients with no artificial odors and visible real meat and vegetables, building strong confidence in product quality. Several use it as a topper mixed with kibble or training reward, appreciating its versatility. A few note high pricing as a barrier to regular use and minor packaging challenges, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by dogs' enthusiastic response. Overall, customers strongly recommend it as a premium option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried a few different fresh dog foods over the last year, but Orijen FreshPrey is definitely our new favorite. The first thing I noticed is the texture—it’s crumbly and way less wet than other brands, so you don't get gross meat juices dripping everywhere when you're trying to scoop it out. It has a really mild, normal food smell too, rather than that pungent, artificial odor some fresh foods have. Best of all, my picky eater completely licked the bowl clean. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the high-quality, meat-first ingredients make it worth it as a premium meal or a high-value topper!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This food is an all natural wet food, you can find it in the freezer section. Our dogs absolutely love it! You do have to defrost the food first but it will last long if it stays frozen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dogs love it, high quality ingredients that they will happily eat as a meal alone or as a topper for their kibble. Since it is a bit more pricey than regular kibble or wet food I mostly use as a topper to change up their meals.

One bag gives my dog three meals because the portion size is quite big. You can actually see the fresh meat and vegetables which makes the appear quite delectable. If you have a picky dog than look not further this is the food for them! Dog food that looks great and tastes great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My golden doodle Hank absolutely loved this product. We used it as a topper since he eats kibble already, but just isn’t food motivated. We usually add rotisserie chicken or unseasoned ground beef to his food, otherwise he tends not to eat it. When we do add a topper, he usually eats anywhere from half to 3/4 of the bowl of food. Once we added Fresh Prey as a topper (mixed in) to his food, he has been finishing his entire bowl of food every single night. He is obsessed with it!

Based off her reaction to the food, I will definitely be purchasing this product again!
