Customers say

Customers praise the collar's bright LED visibility and safety benefits for nighttime walks, especially for dark-coated dogs, with many appreciating the customizable colors and cut-to-fit design. However, a substantial portion report serious charging failures within weeks or months, with replacement units failing similarly. Many express frustration over the missing charging cable and lack of battery indicator. Despite these reliability concerns, reviewers value the core safety functionality when the collar works, though the recurring failures significantly diminish overall satisfaction.
