The Mojave Reptile Lounge features front sliding, glass doors for easy access and cleaning, a large, mesh screen top to accommodate most UV and heat lamp set-ups, and vented side panels for optimal ventilation. Made with ECOFLEX, a proprietary composite blend of recycled polymers and reclaimed wood fiber by-products that make up a durable and moisture-resistant material. Does not retain odor. This unit is not watertight and should not be used for animals that need to have standing water in their enclosures. Place heat/UV lamps on the wire portion of the top of the unit. Can reptile heating pads be used with this product instead of heating lamps.
- Yes with a then layer or sand or dirt and sicilone all gaps to stop roaches and or ants

Would this enclosure be suitable for a northern blue tongue skink that needs 40-60% humidity?
- With modifications and using the right substrate, yes. Â After I built my enclosures , I sealed it well with silicone including some of the vents. Â

Can you rest the heat lamps on top?

Is this as big as a 4x2x2 or smaller? Getting for a adult ball python
- Thank you for the question. An adult ball python needs at least a 40–60-inch tank and the 4x2x2 is 48 inches.

How well will this unit hold humidity?
- Thank you for the question. Humidity needs vary greatly species to species. So depending on what animal you're housing in this item, you may need to reduce built in ventilation by covering opening/sealing to achieve the humidity levels appropriate for your animal.

I noticed that this particular Petco version says the front panel is 7.7 inches, but other vendors say it’s 4.6 inches. Is this one a different model? Can I purchase the 4.6 inch version here on Petco? Thank you.Â
- Thank you for the question. This item is only offered with the higher front lip, the lower version has been discontinued.

Can you stack these enclosures on top of each other- WITHOUT the stackable frame(sold separately). One on top of another? If so can you stack 4?
- We would not recommend stacking these units without the stacker, and if you did- we would definitely not recommend to stack 4 high.
