Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly report the toy fails within minutes to hours of normal play, with many describing destruction in under twenty minutes and weak seams, pulled-out stuffing, and frayed strings as common failure points. A few note their dogs initially showed excitement, but this brief interest was quickly overshadowed by rapid destruction. Reviewers consistently describe it as a waste of money, with strong chewers and puppies destroying it faster than competing brands. Overall, the toy's poor durability and construction quality make it unsatisfactory for most customers.

Was given this as a gift. 15 minutes, seams opened, stuffing coming out. Seams are not strong.

Not Mega Tuff -- Mega Fluff! I bought a bunch of new toys for our terrier/husky mix. I tossed them into her toy box and went up to take a quick shower before dinner. I came down to find a snowstorm of stuffing in my living room. Yes. This thing is OVERSTUFFED. DO NOT LEAVE THIS ALONE WITH YOUR DOG. There's enough stuffing in this thing to cause an obstruction.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought this toy for my 2 year old mail Standard Poodle as one of his birthday gifts. TOTAL MISTAKE! The toy is NOT tough, and withstands nothing. I went to take a shower, and when I came out, the toy was torn to bits, and the sticky foam all over EVERYTHING including my boy’s legs, chest and ears. Thank God he did not eat the filling (eyeroll). Site would not let me add a photo.

My Beagle/Pitt DISINTEGRATED this in about an hour! He did enjoy doing it, so there's that!

Ordered last week, received Saturday - 2 days later and our 10 month puppy has started pulling out the strings. Tried cutting back but she pulled up more.

I have a year old lab mix that likes to chew. This toy didn't last 10 minutes. The worst part was the way it came apart. One side was cloth and it didn't surprise me that he could tear it apart. It was the rubber part that he ripped into pieces - small pieces that could be swallowed. "Mega tuff" it really isn't. I bought this on clearance but it was still money wasted and even dangerous. I would recommend it for an older dog with new teeth, otherwise, it wasn't for us.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Looked tough, the packaging said it was tough, but 5 minutes later my 9 month old puppy was swallowing stuffing and rubber/nylon. I had high hopes…. Maybe a gentler dog would nor have torn it up.

No, I do not recommend this product.
