Really doesn't work very well. hard to scale the difficult doesn't seem easy enough no matter how you set it up so cat gets frustrated doesn't use.

Not the best design. So hard for me to take a treat out!

This toy is poorly designed. I have a hard time believing they actually tested it much. It's very large and heavy for a cat, which would be ok, but the toy is heavy in the middle and tends to roll along the middle, which doesn't line up with the food release hole. My cat, who is active and above average in size, isn't strong enough to get it to roll over the dispensing window despite effort. The direction of the middle portion is not easy to figure out how to assemble, and when you add food it's easy to pour it into the center screw post, where it gets stuck. We have a cheap little wobble toy that looks like from a happy meal and it does all these things easily. So I'm not impressed with the Nala. I'd give it 1 star due to the poor function, but it seems like they at least made some effort.
