Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this dry cat food, with nearly all noting their cats' enthusiastic acceptance and immediate excitement at mealtime. The combination of crunchy kibble with savory gravy-filled bursts is consistently highlighted as the standout feature, especially for picky or senior cats. Reviewers describe ideal texture—crunchy outside with soft, creamy gravy center—and the salmon flavor as irresistible. Many express confidence in ingredient quality and nutritional value, appreciating high protein content and trustworthy components. Even previously reluctant cats embrace this formula. A very small number mention the strong salmon smell, though most frame this as authenticity. Overall, customers find it an excellent choice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat absolutely LOVEDDDD this food. I have a hard time finding food that I know she will love because she tends to be a picky eater. However, she ate these bowls of food up for as long as it lasted. These treats sat well in her stomach and they have good ingredients in it that actually helped her as well. I strongly recommend this food.

not the best but does the job!! the ingredients arent exactly made out of the best stuff in the world but it’s affordable and feeds your babies ! Appearance and texture wise is also chill. wouldnt use it long term since there are better options but whatever you can afford durability wise.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat really enjoys the Meow Mix Gravy Bursts Salmon flavor! The little bites with gravy inside make mealtime more exciting, and my cat seems especially interested in the salmon flavor. The pieces are easy to eat, and the added gravy gives it a nice texture and extra moisture. It’s a great option for adding some variety to my cat’s regular meals. If your cat enjoys seafood flavors and gravy, this is definitely worth trying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cat loved this food, she is very picky and would refuse to eat anything she doesn’t like but she devoured this, I’m guessing she really loved the flavor and the burst of gravy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The "Kitty Junk Food" Reality Let's be real: Meow Mix Gravy Bursts are essentially the "fast food" of the cat world. They aren't gourmet nutrition, but they are incredibly effective at getting a cat's attention. If you have a picky eater, these are usually a guaranteed hit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My cats loved this cat food. Easy to close up the bag. Kept the food fresh. No strong smells either. Cats liked the variety of flavors in it. Very affordable as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Packaging was sturdy enough to keep kibble safe and sanitary while still being easy to manipulate to fit into containers or to store/carry overall. The kibble itself looked fine and seemed to be a standard shape and texture in most mass produced cat food. As far as taste, our cat initially wanted to eat it but I think the “Bursts” threw her off. She is already a cat who can be picky with filled treats and I think it’s the same for overall food for her. The outside cat and fosters we have had seem to like it though

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have never fed our cats Meow Mix so I wasn’t sure how they would react but they both loved it! The salmon flavor was definitely a hit! The bag is a good size and it lasted us around a month for two full grown cats. We actually store our cat food outside of the bag but it did help to keep it fresh until we could store it.
