I purchased this bed with a 20% from adopting a cat; for 2 cats to share. The cat I adopted peed in the bed 3xs. I called in to sched a pick up, explaining that i no longer had the box, my husband was in the hospital and that im wheelchair bound. I explained i possibly am unable to get a box by the fed ex pick up date and I also do not have a printer. The person told me that a label can be printed on pick uo day. A pick up was scheduled. I called back 2 days before pick up to explain my husband was still in the hospital and I wanted to cancel the pick up. Petco was unable to cancel Fed Ex for me and told me to contact myself. Im already dealing with my husbands issues and they were unable yo help further. I did receive an email with tracking number 4 days before pick up was scheduled. So I contacted Fed Ex on my own and gave the tracking number to cancel pick up. Fed Ex told me that no pick up was on record! This was an actual medium dog bed I ordered for 2 cats to fit in. So to big for me to even carry if I did have a box. I refuse to order from Petco again. If it was Amazon, Walmart or Chewy, they wouldve understood my situation n automatically gave me a refund with no hassel about returning the item. I will just throw out the dog bed and never deal with Petco again. The bed had certain material to keep it cool and warm, so its really heavy to handel and place in a return box. Yet alone finding a box. I had asked if a box could be dropped off on my fist call, and answer was no.
