Peel open the lid completely. Drain the spheres through a sieve without allowing them to dry. Place the wet media into a sump, canister chamber, or filter sock. The bacteria begin working immediately and will spread to other media already in your filter. Use only in dechlorinated systems.
A natural odor is normal. Do not expose to chlorinated water or sterilizing agents. Media must remain wet until installed. Liquid may slightly affect pH but is safe for livestock. Keep away from children and pets.
