Customers say

Customers are sharply divided on this toy. Many praise its clever rope and tennis ball design, comfortable loop handles, and interactive play value that keeps dogs engaged. However, nearly as many report catastrophic failures within hours, with rope unraveling, tennis ball fuzz shedding, and plastic fragments breaking apart into swallowable pieces. Several describe emergency vet visits costing hundreds of dollars. While some find it suitable for light chewers, most warn it is unsafe and unreliable for dogs with moderate to aggressive chewing tendencies, contradicting durability marketing claims.

My dog shredded the tennis balls before I unpacked the rest of the shopping items from the car. They might as well have been made of tissue paper. You can't even use the remaining rope as a short tug, because the ends are horribly frayed from the start. There is a high chance of the strings breaking/being swallowed by the dog. Absolute junk product/waste of money.
