Customers say
Customers overwhelmingly praise this dog backpack for exceptional comfort, adjustability, and durability. The pack fits dogs from small breeds to 80-pound Shepherds with highly adjustable straps that stay secure during vigorous activity. Reviewers highlight its rugged construction withstanding mud, rain, snow, and heavy use on multi-day hikes. The lightweight design includes spacious compartments, reflective strips, multiple pockets, and a sturdy top handle. Most find the value excellent compared to pricier alternatives. A few report zipper issues in earlier versions, padding could improve comfort, and excess straps occasionally dangle. Overall, customers strongly recommend it for outdoor adventures.

Questions
Are the saddlebags fully removable?
- Thank you for your question! The packs on the Baxter Pack are not removable. If you would like a harness that can make use of removable packs, we would recommend our RSG Townie or County Harnesses instead.

What materials is this made of? And do the saddlebags have a way to keep the contents from moving around?
- Thank you for your great question, Sarah. The bags are made of polyester. There are no additional dividers inside the pouches.

is this waterproof ?
- The fabric of the Baxter Pack is waterproof. The straps, binding, and zipper are not, so it is best to consider it water-resistant rather than waterproof. The saddlebags of the pack are not designed to be immersed in water.
