I got this from Petco this month and the bags being sold there no longer contains any of the blue and green pellets. There's less variety in it now. Does this apply to this batch? Or are the blue and green bits discontinued permanently?

Why is this marketed for rats, when alfalfa can kill them? Did my research after buying. Now out that $10.

Should I mix it?
- It's a balanced diet for rodents, so no, you don't need to add anything. Mice do however appreciate treats such as small amounts of greens, raw veggies or sunflower seeds, etc. Such 'treats' add nutrients that are especially beneficial if you happen to breed your animals and they also seem to enjoy them. Just don't over-do the 'treats'.
