Conversion and Feeding Instructions When introducing a rabbit to a new food, begin with a mixture of the "old and new" foods, gradually increasing the amount of the new food over a 7 to 10 day period. This will prevent digestive upsets as well as allowing your pet to adjust to something new. Adjust the portions to maintain proper weight and if additional pets are fed. Discard any uneaten food and clean dish before feeding. Daily Feeding Amounts Small Breeds: .25 to .5 cup Large Breeds: .5 to 1 cup For young rabbits (6 months and younger) and breeding and lactating rabbits feed free choice Kaytee Alfalfa Hay. For rabbits (over 6 months) provide free choice Kaytee Timothy Hay. Storage Instructions For maximum freshness, store in a cool, dry location. Reseal between each use. Refrigerate or freeze for extended storage.

Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this rabbit food for its strong appeal to even picky eaters, with most reporting their rabbits eagerly consume it and refuse other brands. The variety of textures, flavors, colorful pieces, and treats is frequently highlighted as key to its popularity. Many note their rabbits rush to the bowl at feeding time and now eat this food exclusively. Some mention their rabbits selectively eat the tastier bits first. A small number report digestive issues or note their rabbits avoid certain pieces, though these remain isolated concerns. Overall, most customers consider it an excellent choice that keeps rabbits engaged and satisfied.

Great!!! But…..

This is the only rabbit food I have been buying my rabbit for years. He loves it. He hasn’t had any digestive issues or any other problems with the food. I gave it 3 stars instead of 5 because for the past couple of months I been running in to issues with the food. Twice I’ve had a bag that had peppers in it. One time I had a bag that had corn in it. Make sure you check the contents before serving to your rabbit.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Picky-Bunny Approved!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My bunny Bilbo is very picky when it comes to food, so I wasn’t sure how he’d feel about the Kaytee Fiesta Rabbit Food—but he actually loves it! He gets so excited at mealtime now, and I’ve noticed he’s eating more of his food instead of picking around it. I really like that there’s so much variety in the mix, and it’s great knowing he’s getting a balanced diet without me having to worry. It’s fun to watch him explore all the different textures, and it feels good giving him something that keeps him happy and healthy.
