Customers overwhelmingly praise this natural bedding for its exceptional softness, making small pets visibly happy and eager to burrow and snuggle. The lavender scent stands out as a standout feature, effectively neutralizing cage odors without overpowering, keeping homes fresh and reducing cleaning frequency. Reviewers highlight superior absorbency that expands when wet and the virtually dust-free formula, contrasting favorably with traditional wood shavings. Most customers report the material softens quickly as pets settle in, creating a cozy nest-like environment. A few note rare sensitivity to scent or texture, though overwhelmingly, reviewers enthusiastically repurchase and recommend.
