These reviews are suspect.
I see many people complaining that they can not find these filters in stores or online... when they are literally making thr complaint on a active, instock listing for the filter. So take them with a grain of salt.
As for thr filters, I have the mini and they work just fine. Rinse them out once a month and they'll last. When you need a replacement, they are readily available.

Misleading packaging labels. M vs. SM for mini tan
Misleading product discription M vs SM filter size for Small tank. Buy multiples, always out of stock in store....You actually have to purchase the M stands for MINI not medium for 2.5 to 5 gallon tanks. Wish the website actually provided product measurements. It would have saved me from misordering the wrong product since the SM looks exactly the same. Also, the Mini ones are never in stock at locals stores, so I highly recommend buying several packs at a time to keep tank in good order.

Extremely small 1 inch by 3 inches
Petco customer support was unable to tell me what size these filter cartridges were nor were they able to tell me what size went into my model of filter . They were the right dimensions in the picture and while my filter and tank are more of a small than a medium I bought these anyway because they seemed like the closest match. I was wrong.
These are teeny tiny. 1 inch by 3 inches. They are not medium more like XXS. It has been impossible to find the right filter cartridges. I'm really disappointed in my purchase of both filter and cartridges.

It is ridiculous to have to buy 6 packs at once to not have to pay shipping on a $5 item because they are never in stock in ANY stores within 50 miles! Why sell this product in stores if we cannot replace when needed! So frustrating!!

Petco sold tank with no available filter refills
Not in stock and according to the reviews it hasn’t been for over 9 months. I bought the fish tank set up less than that long ago. How are you going to sell a product that nobody can get required upkeep supplies for? After reading the reviews I saw the automated response to go to petco.com/contact-us so I went there first and there is nothing there to help with this issue and no way to contact anyone for this issue. This is shady business.

Out of stock
The store has been out of stock for weeks. Imagitarium is unfortunately a petco brand so I can't get them elsewhere. I have called or checked in every couple of days. I can't even order them online. Says the distribution center is out of stock. No one knows when they will get more. So frustrating.

Do Not Buy Imagitarium Products, they don't stock them, keep them in stock or how ever you want to phrase it. They are unreliable, I can't believe they think they can deliver this on a monthly basis. Order from Tetra or something else just not Imagitarium, save yourself the trouble and heartache.
