I have been trying to get this filter for a month or longer. Very frustrating it's not in stock any where. Can't order online what is the hold up on this filter.

Why don't you say on your website which Imagitarium cartridges are compatible with each Imagitarium tank? It's too hard for consumers to figure out what to purchase. It's your product, we deserve better resources and no lapses in availability. Thanks.
- I agree with you. I am new at this and the more I look for Filter Replacement the more confused I get. I have been spending 4 hours already. I spoke with a supposedly Help person on the phone and it was like talking to myself. She knew nothing even when I gave her the number on the bottom of the filter. It is important to me to get the exact right ones because I don't have a vehicle. How hard is it to put a picture of a tank size and all the parts and replacements next to it so we know what we are buying for. They need a new Design Ads person.

It's baffling me as to why it's now so difficult to find filters for a tank less than a year old. My closest store carries 1 or none and it's not in stock at stores up to an hour away. Had I been aware I would have never bought a store brand tank.
- You can also use the coral life bio-cube filters. They should be exactly the same.
