Description
Hang-on-internal filtration provides ongoing water purification for your aquarium through chemical, mechanical and biological filtration. Additionally, the use of coconut carbon media versus traditional coal carbon provides a more desirable form of chemical filtration. Choosing the right size aquarium filter can be a challenge. For most aquatic life, we recommend finding a filter that will turn the volume of your aquarium water an average of 6 times per hour. However, this will vary for slow swimmers that need less flow.

- - Biological filter cartridge and coconut carbon filter cartridge
- - Adjustable height aquarium wall hanger and adjustable water flow
- - Optional water inlet sponge pre-filter

Questions
What is the SKU for the replacement filters for these? Will type D cartridges also fit?
- Hi, The official replacement for the Imagitarium IN-FIL 20 Internal Filter is the Imagitarium Medium Replacement Coconut Carbon Filter Cartridges (SKU 3926482). While specific "Type D" cartridges from other brands are often marketed as compatible with Imagitarium systems, you should verify that the cartridge dimensions match the medium filter slot to ensure a proper fit. Thanks.
