Good glass lid
Perfect for our 10 gal tank. Has the handle in the box if you look. We purchased a better light for our plants and wanted to keep a lid on the tank for heat and evap. The plastic on the back is thick, so we traced our filter and tubing and cut it with a box knife. I would not recommend scissors. Overall good value. We paid $11 after our Petco perks cash.
Yes, I recommend this product.

That tip about using a box knife instead of scissors to customize the plastic strip is an absolute lifesaver for other fishkeepers. It is awesome that this top is helping you dial in the perfect climate for your plants while keeping evaporation under control. Thanks for the brilliant breakdown and the pro tip!
Make sure you know which tank you have
Fits like a glove. If you pay attention to which type of tank this lid is made for then you shouldn't have any problems. Yes, this fits the imagitarium 10 gallon tank, with the black top frame. No, it will not fit the imagitarium 10 gallon frame less tank.

Hood does not fit the 10 gallon tank
This does not fit the 10 gallon tank. Unless you position it at the correct spot, plop into the water. Even with the plastic strip there is more than a quarter inch of open tank.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Nope!
Literally doesn’t even fit its own branded tank! I have a ten gallon and bought this lid a few months after trial and error with other lids, and it just plops into the water after fully set up. I checked the dimensions as well. Do not recommend!
No, I do not recommend this product.

Horrible!
Everytime i lift the top up the entire thing falls into my tank. The glass also chipped very easily on the edge. Very unhappy with the timeless frames.
No, I do not recommend this product.

How wide is the plastic section that can be cut to fit accessories?
- One and a half inches wide. It's the length of the top. Watch the YouTube tutorial demonstrating how to attach the plastic strip to the glass!

- Hi, Unfortunately, the individual components, such as the back plastic strip for the Aquarium Top, are not offered for sale separately on the website. Thanks.
