My cats don't like the new formula and are vomiting. I've bought Iams for years and will now be finding a new food. So unfortunate.

The formula has changed and now has 2 tone food pellets. This new formula made our cat throw up numerous times. One night she threw up on the bed, the floor, the dining room table and the fireplace hearth. She also started going under the bed hiding. Assuming it was because her gut was torn up from this new food. Please go back to the other recipe! We have some old food left, but after it is gone - we will be switching to another brand! So sad to switch. This has been the cat food she has been eating all her life.

Iams proactive health healthy Adult with Chicken is what we feed our cat. She really seems to like it. She won’t eat any wet food, only the dry Iams. We have only given her the different types of Iams for her age.

After feeding my extremely picky cat the chicken Iams, they have decided to randomly up and change the recipe. Now there are dark pieces in it. Wow! How exciting a change this must be for the executives at Iams who are completely out of touch and clueless to the fact that there are picky cats who rely on the sustenance and consistency. Weird, I know. I am now on an arduous journey to find another cat food she will eat. Thank you Iams, my cat is now going hungry. And this is not dramatic, this is real.

It’s really messed up to change a recipe with no notice to customers. Fed this to my cat for years but now he won’t touch it. Will be moving to a more transparent brand.

Our cat is dry food "picky" eater, he eat this ornage chicken dry food all life he love it. As recently bought more dry food bag and notice new kibbles with dark and light brown varies in the bag and fill up fresh dry food in the bowl. He love it and enjoying his normal eating daily. It smell so fresh as yummy than previous version. Seem that our cat love that new updated taste and look of new kibbles (varies dark and light). When it run out, he mewoed us tell me to fill up asap. Iams seems to have recently changed the formula/ingredients of this product. It looks different (two different colors vs one) and my cats do not like it.

I’ve been buying IAMS Proactive Health Healthy Adult with Chicken for my cat for years, and it’s honestly one of the few foods I can count on her to eat! She’s a really picky cat, so finding something she actually loves can be difficult. Every time I bring home a new bag her eyes light up and you can see her smile. I also really appreciate that’s it’s affordable while still being a food she loves. If you have a picky cat, I definitely think this is worth trying!
