Review this Product
Customers say
Customers overwhelmingly praise these treats for their irresistible flavor and exceptional palatability, with dogs of all sizes and ages eagerly consuming them—even notoriously picky eaters. Many highlight the beef and cheddar flavor as a favorite and use them successfully for training and meal enhancement. Reviewers express strong trust in the brand's nutritional quality and safety. However, some customers expected soft treats based on product naming and found them crunchy instead, which posed challenges for senior dogs or those with dental issues. Despite this texture mismatch, most still recommend the treats, noting dogs love the flavor and pieces can be broken apart for easier consumption.

Questions
Is there any way to soften these they are as hard as a rock would putting them in the microwave do it
- Thank you for your question. These treats are intended to be a soft treat that can easily be broken in pieces. It is difficult to tell why the treats appear harder in texture. Please be assured that the food is guaranteed until the best before date on the package. Hill's Pet Nutrition
