Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this cat food for significant health improvements, particularly for senior cats and those with kidney, urinary, or digestive issues. Many report reduced vomiting, better litter box health, and renewed energy. Reviewers note even picky eaters enthusiastically consume it, with the turkey flavor and wet texture especially favored for older cats with dental problems. A small number report their cats refused the food or found it messy, but these experiences are vastly outweighed by positive feedback. Most customers consider the health benefits worth the investment.

I originally ordered the feline senior 11+ and had to select the 7+ as the other was out of stock. My cat had been on the 11+ so it meant doing a transition. I had also ordered Derm Complete for my dog in the same order. One week later I was issued a refund for the Derm Complete because that was out of stock and I had not been notified when I placed the order. By the time I was notified, I was too low on food to order the Sensitive Skin and Stomach online and had to purchase it at a local retailer for much more than I would have paid on;ine through the staff feeding program. Again, I had to do a transition.
