Ordering woes

Tammy

I originally ordered the feline senior 11+ and had to select the 7+ as the other was out of stock. My cat had been on the 11+ so it meant doing a transition. I had also ordered Derm Complete for my dog in the same order. One week later I was issued a refund for the Derm Complete because that was out of stock and I had not been notified when I placed the order. By the time I was notified, I was too low on food to order the Sensitive Skin and Stomach online and had to purchase it at a local retailer for much more than I would have paid on;ine through the staff feeding program. Again, I had to do a transition.

My 3 cats, aged 10, 9, and 9 years old, really love the Senior 7+ cat food! The texture is very smooth and easy to serve.

Good, healthy food my elderly cat actually loves.

Sadly my dear cat would not allow me to take a picture of him eating (he is shy about being a bit of a messy eater), but I decided to include an image of him (Mr. Furball) politely asking me for some of his Hill's adult 7+ entrée that he loves so much. When I decided to start my guy on older kitty food recently (he is now 11 years old) I researched what would be best and ended up purchasing 5 higher end wet foods in different brands, including this one. I had no idea Furball was so picky until I started trying them out. He would only eat a bite or two of most and one he smelled and would not even touch. And he is a hearty eater mind you. This Hill's food was the only one that he immediately wolfed down and I have had him on it ever since. I love that Hill's is such a well respected brand and I can rely on it to have all the good stuff my old guy needs to thrive. Not to mention he will actually not only eat it, but feast upon it. I know kitty's are all very different, but I must recommend this food 1001% if you want healthy food that your older cat will actually enjoy.

Formula Change

Thor

Was my cats favorite food but he will longer eat it after from what I understand is a formula change. The cans WITHOUT a cat on the label are the new formula. I hope they bring back the old formula (with the cat on the label). Until then I need to find a new food.

All my cats love hills foot. I have 15 personal cats and 12 in a colony. Everyone is ready eat as soon as I get out. Wish I could afford a lot more. I never want any of the cats I feed to go hungry. Like I said wouldn't feed my cats any other food.
