Customers say

Customers overwhelmingly praise this veterinary-prescribed cat food for significant health improvements including weight loss, reduced urinary crystals, and resolved digestive issues. Most report their veterinarians specifically recommended it for conditions like diabetes and obesity, with many crediting it for extending their cats' lives. The majority note their cats readily eat it, even picky eaters. While reviewers frequently mention the high cost, most continue purchasing because health benefits justify the expense. A few customers report the food did not suit their cat, but these cases are rare compared to positive feedback.

Great food!

My cat has been on this for years and is doing well on it. He has problems with constipation and obesity. As far as the constipation, he has been doing well with this food and his 2 medications he is on. As far as the obesity, he has not lost any weight even though he only gets 1/4 cup dry food twice a day. I wish this food could be combined with the metabolic diet to help with weight loss. So many pets need that nowadays.

My cat has been eating this Hill’s w/d for a few weeks and overall is a solid option. Consumption is good, with no vomiting, she finishes the food and maintain a healthy appetite. Make sure you transition correctly from your current food to avoid an upset tummy. The kibble has a great size and she accepts it well, great choice for multi-benefit choice.

My cat doesn't always like prescription or limited calorie foods, but she seems to really like this one and hopefully it will help with her weight.

This food cured my cat's hypercalcemia without the need for drugs. I was skeptical, but his calcium levels have been perfect for almost 3 years.
