My cat really enjoyed it, and I love that it supports kidney health while still tasting good to him. The texture is nice and he finishes his bowl every time ❤️🐱

Great product my cat adores and she’s very picky! She also has bad stomach issues. This is the only dude that doesn’t make her sick and makes her happy.

It's hit or miss with my kitty. I would think the recipe would be the same for all batches made but sometimes he just won't eat it. Other times it's like it's the best stuff he's ever eaten.

I have two 16 year old cats with early renal disease. I was feeding the early renal food but it was discontinued. My cats have really long led this food. They are eating it great and my oldest cat blood has improved. So far so good!

Both of my cats love the tuna version of this food. So glad to find a kidney food that they like.

Questions

1 - 3 of 3 Questions

What is the flavor? The label on the can in the picture/image says Vegetable and Tuna Stew, but the title/description says Vegetable, Tuna & Rice Stew. So, does it have rice?

  1. They have different flavors. Some are hard to fun. We were buying it for kidney issues so we never bought it with rice. Don't recall seeing on any of the KD cans

Why does only one supposedly "tuna" meal contain mostly chicken?  :O "Pork Liver, Carrots, Chicken, Tuna, Wheat Gluten, Rice, Spinach, Corn Starch, Chicken Liver Flavor, Fish Oil, Chicken Fat'

  1. Economics. The first three ingredients are cheaper than tuna.

Is it possible to purchase 2 cans to see if my cat will eat it? I purchased a case of a brand my vet recommended and my cat won’t eat it!

  1. Saw this post, realize it's late but maybe it will help someone else. If the vet prescribed this food for your cat"s condition, many times they will carry limited quantities you can purchase from them. I was able to sample different varieties to see which my cat would eat by buying from the vet 1st before going bulk at an online pet store. Also ask your vet for suggestions elsewhere.
