I thought this company stood by their products. I’ve had to replace my collars 3 times and now that the warranty is over and I have collar troubles AGAIN. They don’t offer crap. I knew this was just another greedy company

Unpacking the collar was a frustrating experience! I immediately realized the collars do NOT include a power block for charging! The company ASSUMES customers have power packs compatible, so to save on packaging they don't include them. I have not even put the collars on my dogs yet, and I'm already regretting my purchase!

These collars have changed my life with my dogs, they picked up on how these work so quickly. GPS will not stay accurate near buildings. The collars do not come with a charging block. The app is confusing until you get the hang of it.

We moved to rural Ontario, Canada in 2021 to 3.3 acres of flat and wooded land. We tried almost all of the things - other than an underground invisible fence. These collars have literally changed everything for us. We can see our dogs at all times on the app.

Got the halo 5 collar as gift. The battery life is only 24hrs NOT 48 like all the ads say. I've had to edit my fence line because it'll say he's on the line even though he's not even close.

The new Halo 5 is a vast improvement with battery life over the Halo 4. The Halo 5 gives me the same peace of mind that my dog is safe in my yard but now I also don't really have to worry about the battery running out.
