Customers are divided on this harness. Many praise its lightweight design, comfort, and secure fit, noting cats move freely and tolerate walks well. However, a substantial portion report serious frustration with the leash clasp—described as dangerously small, awkwardly designed, and nearly impossible to operate, especially with wiggling cats. Several mention needing both hands or extreme force to attach it, raising safety concerns about pinching or losing their pet. Some also cite difficulty putting on the harness or note the head hole feels too tight. Despite comfort benefits, the clasp design remains the primary reason for dissatisfaction and returns.
