I don’t know where people are putting five stars on here. I tried one of the lightweight since they’ve changed it and I hated it so then I saw five stars with the game and thought maybe this one might be just different but same packaging everything but maybe there was something a little different well no it just has the gain smell and it is terrible when it comes to litter. Why did you change this formula? I’m sorry I’ve left several different reviews, but I’ve tried the different ones. Just thinking maybe one would be better than all everybody who’s putting five star must be used to just using clay litter and never used the original lightweight that you had your original lightweight was a mixture of the original and this maybe but it never never ever dusty the way it is now I had two cats I lost during Covid. One lived to 21 and one lifted 22 and all the times I had them, I used your original lightweight, and I only liked how light it was to carry but the formula was perfect and my cats never went out of the litter box now I have a new baby that I bought after Covid or rather adopted from rescue and she’s going on seven now and you have changed this and it is just terrible. It is so dusty. It flies everywhere when you clean it it doesn’t clump it just sticks to the sides of the litter box it is just terrible. I would not recommend this. They need to go back to the original litter. I cannot just go on and on. I can’t tell you how bad this is so anybody looking at the five stars if you do not want dust or you want something that clumps you do not want this new for a fresh depths litter. I am sorry I am that disappointed and upset. And I don’t know where to go from here. I’m gonna try mixing the original with the lightweight to make my own formula and if that doesn’t work, I guess I’m gonna have to finally after years of loving fresh up change to something else I have no idea what I’m gonna change to cause I don’t like the originals because your original is too harsh in course and cats do not like it. The lightweight was just a perfect mixture. Please go back to it. Please go back to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using fresh step odor shield lightweight with gain for my kitty cats so far im loving it. I was a little super how freaking good this is at controlling odors. It’s very easy to carry and pour so I love that. It’s clumps well, making scooping quick and easy. I also really like how absorbent the litter is as well. My cats had no issue with this one at all. The gain scent smells so good and makes the litter box area smell fresher and cleaner. I appreciate that it also last a pretty long time which makes it a great value for the price. Overall I would recommend trying this litter out for your little kitties ! 🐈‍⬛

Even after both of my cats used it, the litter box stayed fresher much longer than with other litters I've tried. It clumps well, which makes scooping quick and easy and that also seems to help the litter last longer overall. A great option for keeping the litter box low maintenance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tried the Fresh Step Light Weight litter with Gain scent and I’m really impressed! 🐱 It’s much easier to lift and pour compared to regular litter, and it does a great job controlling odors. The light scent is fresh without being overwhelming, and it clumps well for easy scooping. Definitely a solid choice for multi-cat homes or anyone wanting something lighter and effective!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I would not recommend this cat sand. I’ve never used Fresh Step before as a brand, so I guess it’s partly my fault but I think one of my cats had an allergic reaction to something in the sand because as soon as I put some in their litter boxes, she started pulling out fur from her paws and arms. I had to completely empty all of my boxes, deep clean, and put in their normal sand. As soon as I switched, things went back to normal. So unfortunately, I will not be using the Fresh Step with Gain sand any longer and I would advise others to maybe do a trial run of this sand before totally replacing everything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This litter is lightweight which makes the box easy and convenient to carry carrying and pour it. The volume of it is great as it forms soil clumps. There is a small amount of dust but not excessive which is good.
