DIRECTIONS

Fill your clean litter box with 3-4 inches of Fresh Step litter. Pour litter no more than a few inches from the box OR keep the carton close to the box when pouring litter. Litter quickly forms a clump around liquid waste. Remove clumps and solids daily, and dispose of in trash. Do not flush. Add more Fresh Step clumping cat litter to refresh your litter box. Maintain level of litter at 3-4 inches.

Toxoplasmosis Warning: We would like to remind our customers, especially pregnant women and immunosuppressed persons, that cat feces can sometimes transmit a disease called toxoplasmosis. This new version is horrible. I am constantly scooping because of the smells. The clumps fall apart and do not hold together. My cats hate it too. Bring back the outstretch formula. PLEASE!!!

You had the best cat litter on the market and now the worst!! Why would you change a good thing?!?! Love corporations thinking “oh we have to improve or change packaging”…. And for what?? To lose a solid customer base!!! There’s a lot to be said about the saying that if it’s not broke, don’t fix it!!! You guys really screwed up huge on your corporate “rebranding”. Ugh, beyond frustrated and like everyone else here in the comments I’ll be switching companies! Do better and listen and learn!!

I am beyond disappointed with this replacing outstretch. That litter was my go to for my litter robot for YEARS and nothing else compared. I bought this under the misconception that it was the same litter with different packaging- it is not. This is just like all the other mid cat litters on the market.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. You need to listen to your consumers and bring back the old formula of Outstretch. You had a loyal following and we can only assume you switched to cheaper ingredients catering to shareholders instead of the very people who keep you in business. I’ll never buy another product from you unless it’s the old Outstretch formula. Corporate greed biting the hand that feeds you!

Why why why did they change the formula back to crap. The technology is there to keep up Outstretch, going back to pre-COVID formula has made me change brands. My cat with IBS is not happy - nor am I. Bad move.

Why - why would they rebrand this and destroy it? I am soooooo upset about this. This supposed new formula is awful. I am trying to find an alternative brand, because I am so mad at Fresh Step for changing this I will never purchase anything from their brand again.

I used to use Outstretch- the new littler is not working well with my cats - the urine smell is not absorbed and one cat no longer poops in the litter box and chooses to go outdoors to pee. Very dissappointed that Outstretch is discontinued. Never had this problem before until I switched the litter.

Why did you change a perfectly good cat litter- Outstretch? It was perfect and now I can't find it. Your new improved version is getting poor reviews from customers. I loved the unscented variety and so do my cats. Unfortunately you dont make it now.

While the ingredients didn't change, there was an update to the name from Outstretch to Ever Fresh. Additionally, this product is offered in an unscented option as well.
