I have the Fluval 2.6 gallon tank. For my betta fish, before I purchased this sponge I had my filter on the lowest setting. Now with the sponge it works much better, should I still have the filter set to the lowest setting? Or turn it up?

will this work on a fluval flex on the 2 returns
- I use these filters on my returns and on my wave pump and recirculating pumps. I have a saltwater tank and need to filter out misc. floaters before they make it to the filter and pumps. They also protect my urchin and snails from the returns.
