I recently bought two used saddles from an auction and after using this product on them, they shined like new! Other saddle soaps have a very strong chemical smell but this one was very mild and didn’t sting your nostrils as you are cleaning!

This saddle soap is perfect for an easy and amazing cleaning and conditioning with not a lot of scrubbing. I have used this on both old and newer leather products and it renews both and helps maintain flexibility. It’s easy to apply, and neither greasy nor oily. I recommend this for cleaning and any leather tack!

I use this regularly on all of my tack. It doesn't leave a film behind and doesn't dry the leather out.

Leather New Liquid Glycerin Saddle Soap is a great product. I have been using it for years as does everyone at my barn. I have used it since it first came out many, many years ago and I would never use anything else. It not only cleans, it conditions and even makes dry leather supple and in some cases shiny and new looking again. I think, the best leather conditioner cleaner on the market. This product will not disappoint. I 100% recommend this product. My western saddle has a basket weave pattern. It is very hard to clean with typical cream saddle soaps. It is so easy to use. I spray under all the flaps, fenders, and on the tooling. I simply wipe it clean with a towel. There is no white film left in the tooling to try to remove. Not only does it clean, but it also conditions leather. It helps revitalize old bridles and leather halters. It removes sweat and grime like no other leather cleaner while leaving the item soft and supple. I had my car detailed at the beginning of this summer and was surprised to see Leather New Liquid Glycerin Saddle Soap being used on leather car interiors. I mentioned I use it on my horse tack and was told it is all they use on the dried-out leather car interiors. I have come to find out that my Mom has also been using it for years on her leather sofa and recliner. This product is a mainstay in my leather care supplies! Being a horseperson, I have lots of leather to take care of, and it gets wet, dirty, and covered in sweat. Spray a cloth with this, and a quick swipe to all my tack keeps and it keeps everything, clean and in good condition.

So easy to apply! I can either spray on cloth to wipe down and get surface dust/dirt off or spray on and leave for the areas that need a deep clean.

After being a loyal Lexol user for more than a decade, I switched to this product mostly out of convenience but also because I wanted to escape the gross film left on my hands after using the Lexol line. I do really love this hybrid leather care, my boots and tack are immediately softer after use, and definitely helps prevent cracking/wear. My one qualm with this Leather New product is that after a few uses it started lifting the dye off of my Ariat Compass H20 tall boots. I don't have the issue with my other leather products, just those specific boots. This kind of sucks because these boots have the waterproof coating on top, which I imagine is being removed with the dye... but I can fix that myself, and I will still continue to buy this soap. Just be wary as you use it over time!
