Customers say
Customers overwhelmingly praise the durability and holding power, with most noting it securely anchors dogs of various sizes without pulling free, even under strong tugging. The spiral design and swivel mechanism are frequently highlighted as key features enabling easy installation and preventing tangling. Many appreciate the coated handle for improved grip during setup. Some express concerns about clip size for small dogs, and a few report rare but serious failures including snapped handles or broken clips during installation. Overall, most customers find it reliable and effective for medium to large dogs.
