Very disappointed with the quality and safety of this cat scratcher. I purchased it at the beginning of July, and after just one month of normal use, it is already completely broken. First, the string attached to the hanging toy ball detached because the glue gave out, so the ball is just sitting on the floor instead of hanging. More importantly, when I picked up the scratcher, the top finishing element completely snapped off. It cannot be easily fixed because there are sharp metal attachment pieces exposed at the break. Because of these sharp, dangerous elements, it is no longer safe for my cats, and I had to stop using it altogether. Extremely poor quality and a safety hazard for pets. I definitely do not recommend this product.
