Review this Product
Customers say
Customers overwhelmingly praise this cat scratcher for immediate engagement, with most cats using it the same day it arrived for scratching, perching, and playing. The sturdy design with replaceable corrugated cardboard pads and elevated platforms is widely valued, especially in multi-cat homes. Reviewers consistently report it successfully protects furniture and provides mental stimulation. The compact size suits smaller spaces while satisfying natural behaviors. A few customers noted their cats lost interest or experienced minor assembly issues, but these were rare exceptions to the dominant positive feedback.

Questions
do you have replacement sisal post?
- Hello! For this EveryYay Raised Runway Cat Scratch Post With Refillable Corrugated Cardboard, 20.75" H, Petco doesn't have a replacement sisal post for this specific item
Helpful?
What are the dimensions of the base?
- 13 1/2 inches wide and 16 inches deep.
Helpful?
Can you refill the sisal part of the scratching post? Not the cardboard.
- There's no refill or replacement part sold for the sisal part. However I do replace it on my own. Just remove all the old sisal, buy a new pack of sisal rope and use a staple gun to secure it. I also use hot glue to reinforce it in different areas.

how do I remove the scratch pad to replace with a new one?
- Hi jayamw, Good day! Please pull the corrugated part out directly or use a small screwdriver or some other flat tools to pry it out. Thanks,
