Our hearts go out to you on the passing of your longtime companion, Nala. Twenty years is a remarkable journey to share together. We are touched to know that this will continue to serve a purpose for your future rescue.

I bought this about a month ago and the fabric is already ripping off the cat tree. It is also not very stable or well made. I have had a different cat tree for years and the fabric has never ripped off. Super disappointed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Customer Care

Hi Sonja. We never want our customers to be disappointed with a purchase. Please get in touch with us at petco.com/contact-us, so we can help resolve this.

My cat loves it. It is very sturdy if you tighten the hardware properly. Easy to assemble but my cat wouldn't leave me alone. Once assembled he sniffed it and climbed to the top. His scratching instinct is focused on his tree now. Boone likes to perch on top and look out the window. A cat tree is essential for a house cat in my humble opinion.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Customer Care

Thank you for sharing! We’re glad to hear the setup was easy and that it’s sturdy once everything is tightened. It’s great that your cat took to it right away and enjoys climbing, scratching, and perching by the window. We appreciate your feedback on how well it supports those natural instincts.

Hard to put together, the directions were not that great , and some crews missing . Looks great for cats , but can’t get it put together and can’t find it on YouTube .

Yes, I recommend this product.

We're delighted to hear that the EveryYay Cozy Condo 5-Level Cat Tree is a hit with your cats and was easy to assemble. Its solid base ensures stability, making it a perfect choice for your pets. Thank you for your feedback!

I have bought multiple Petco cat trees in the past 14 years and the newer ones are not nearly as robust as the older ones. Smaller supports, thinner board material and reduced rope size. The new ones don’t last very long

Easy to assemble. All three cats love playing and sleeping on it. Very happy with it.

Our cat loves this tree but the instructions were wonky. The box said "6 levels", the website explanation said the tree was 5 levels, and the instructions that came with the tree, and which are not available on line, were for 7 levels. The 7 level instructions are for a completely different tree so I had to figure out how to put this together without any instructions. I'm more impressed with the tree than the with the lack of instructions for assembly.

Yes, I recommend this product.

It's hard to tell from product listing or review photos, where on the cat tree is the wall anchor/strap attached? Can the person choose where to put it, or is there only one spot for it? Is it fabric, metal, or what? Thanks!

It is a very thick fabric strap with a metal rivet for attaching to the wall. It is attached to the back of the very top platform; you are not able to move it.

Is there formaldehyde in this cat tree? How about other toxins?

Hi, This product is marketed as being crafted with pet-friendly materials, including natural jute scratch posts and plush fabric. Thanks.
