My four cats are pretty tame with their scratchers, but this one didn’t last very long, hardly a week! Poor guy (under 10lbs lol) woke up, jumped on it, and it exploded beneath him

Customer Care

Thank you for your feedback on the EveryYay Amp Condo Cat Scratch. We understand how disappointing it can be when a product doesn't deliver the durability you expected. Our team strives to offer products that provide both enrichment and lasting enjoyment for cats, with designs that stand up to everyday play and scratching. For further assistance, please reach out to us at petco.com/contact-us.

This was an impulse purchase, and it was a good one to make. Our large orangey boy loves this "amp": jumping on top, scratching inside and out, running through, or napping inside. He has forsaken shipping boxes (!) in favor of this, which is a bonus for us because it no longer looks like we're storing trash on the floor. :)

Yes, I recommend this product.
